The regulation amending the Electricity Market License Regulation of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority was published in today's Official Gazette.
Accordingly, certain expressions in some articles of the regulation have been updated, and the scope of production activities exempt from the obligation to obtain a pre-license, license, and establish a company has been expanded.
